What To Expect

Our heart disease detection services are located in safe, comfortable, convenient locations. Our clinic sites are like any other medical clinic you may have been to – clean, private, friendly and professional.

To schedule an appointment please call us toll free at 888-GO-HEART (888-464-3278). You can fill out any forms online after you make your appointment, or you can phone in your information as well.

Please contact us with any questions regarding billing or insurance. We also accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

For your appointment, be sure to wear comfortable clothes, preferably loose fitting (so we can administer blood pressure, blood vessel elasticity measurements, etc.). Please try not to wear turtlenecks for our Cardio1000 services.

Be sure to bring your photo identification, any completed forms, and your insurance information if applicable.

Once you arrive for your appointment, our receptionist may provide you a tablet that you can use to complete your intake forms (paper forms are available upon request). If you have already filled out your forms online prior to your appointment, the check in process will be much faster.

Once all information and necessary payments info has been collected, one of our medical technicians or nurse practitioners will welcome you and lead you to one of our private testing rooms. There the medical technician will explain the process to you and will gladly answer any questions you may have.

The medical technician will then administer the testing services and input the results on the tablet. Remember, our services are fast, safe, non-invasive, and use no radiation!

Once the service is complete, the medical technician will explain the results with you and have you look at your results on the tablet. Your results and recommendations will also be sent to you via email (or a print copy can be provided).

Our nurse practitioner will explain your options and answer any questions you may have. Your next appointment can be made at this time, or we can refer you to your preferred doctor, an appropriate primary care physician, or cardiologist.
